For years, India Gourmet, founded by Raj, served as a cherished local favorite, bringing authentic Indian flavors to the heart of the Bay Area, California. Raj built more than just a food business; he created a community hub where recipes were passed down like heirlooms, and every plate told a story of spice, tradition, and heart. His hands-on style and personal touch has left a lasting mark on every customer who walked through the door.
Today, under the new leadership of Sahil, that same spirit continues, with a fresh look and a new name: Indian Kitchen King. The kitchen may have evolved, but the commitment to bold flavor, clean ingredients, and honest hospitality remains unchanged.
